Ten years in engineering and management gave me a deep foundation. Now I'm channelling that experience into building my own tools and helping small businesses cut through the hype and actually use AI.

I studied Computer Science and then switched to Information Management for my master's, a pivot that probably explains everything that came after. I spent a decade at Red Hat, growing from intern to Principal Software Quality Engineer to Associate Manager of an engineering team.
Two years ago I made the move into management and realised I wanted to go further, not just lead teams but build things. I founded Kopec InnoTech s.r.o. to build the products I kept imagining. Helping small businesses make sense of AI came naturally alongside that.
I'm building OtterSource and OtterSay in the open, consulting with companies on pragmatic AI adoption, and based in Prague while working globally. If any of that sounds interesting, I'd love to talk.
